For international activities Gräwe & Partner GmbH use tried and trusted cooperation with consultants and firms based in each country on behalf of our clients.

In accordance with Section 55c of the German Code of Audit Practice (WPO) auditors and auditing firms are required to publish a transparency report on their website on an annual basis, no later than three months after the end of the calendar year if, during the year, they perform at least one audit of the financial statement of a public interest entity (Section 319a Paragraph 1 HGB (German Commercial Code)). This also applies to Gräwe & Partner GmbH. This concerns companies listed on the stock exchange which facilitate the trading of shares or debt securities on an organised market within the meaning of Section 2 Paragraph 5 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

Gräwe & Partner GmbH perform statutory audits for different public interest entities within the meaning of Section 319a Paragraph 1 HGB.

With our transparency report we provide current information about our corporate and governance structure, about our quality assurance system and the prevailing executive compensation system.
